All through the process of buying and fitting our stove we where expertly helped. At the survey we where liberated from our unrealistic idea of the fire we wanted (we would have melted). In the shop we got great service and the guys who did the install where fabulous, friendly, knowledgable (finally learned properly how to make a fire!) and did a great job. We are very happy
